Delivery system

Clear from scope to handover.

Extra capacity should make delivery easier. We give your team a clear plan, named contacts and regular work to review.

Six stages

A defined route to usable deliverables.

  1. 01

    Scope + inputs

Confirm project purpose, source information, responsibilities, LOD/LOI, formats, milestones, revision assumptions and exclusions.

  2. 02

    Standards + mobilization

Align templates, coordinates, naming, file structure, communication, access and issue status. Approve a sample package where appropriate.

  3. 03

    Model + document

Develop the agreed model, drawings, schedules, families and supporting information around a visible issue plan.

  4. 04

    Coordinate + decide

Record conflicts, RFIs, assumptions and decisions through the agreed channel. Incorporate approved resolutions—not guesses.

  5. 05

    Check + review

Run the documented checks for model health, geometry, parameters, drawings, revisions and file-opening before client review.

  6. 06

    Issue + hand over

Close agreed comments, issue the required formats and transfer source files, registers and supporting information.

What we need from you

Good delivery starts with good decisions.

Incomplete inputs are normal. Hidden uncertainty is the problem. We make assumptions, gaps and dependencies visible early so the project team can decide how to proceed.

Quality control

Checks should be named—not implied.

The final project QA plan is tailored to scope. Typical checks can cover model coordinates and units, naming, warnings, element completeness, model health, drawing consistency, parameters, revision status, linked-file integrity and file-opening verification.

Accountability stays visible.

Depending on scope, a BIM Manager acts as the primary client contact. Coordination, modeling, QA and document-control roles are added to match the delivery package—not shown as anonymous capacity behind a shared inbox.

Working-hour overlap, meeting cadence, escalation routes and local holidays are confirmed during mobilization.
