Share project information with the right people.

Use this when someone joins the project, a new organisation receives access or an important model and drawing package is about to be issued.

Project information should not depend on personal inboxes, shared passwords or links that remain open indefinitely. Agree one approved route and keep the access record current.

Warning signsShared usernames, public links with no expiry and former team members who still have access. If something goes wrongRevoke the link, tell the project and security contacts, record what was shared and correct the permissions.
