01What scan formats and tolerances do you support?+
File formats, survey coordinates, model purpose and acceptable tolerance are confirmed at scoping. We do not publish a universal tolerance because accuracy depends on capture method, source quality and intended use.
02Is site verification included?+
Site verification is included only when it is in the scope. We flag inaccessible or uncertain areas instead of filling them in as facts.
03Is Matterport capture available outside India?+
Current published coverage is India only. Model production from client-provided capture data can be discussed separately.
