Choose one specialist, an embedded pod or a managed team, then scale modeling, documentation, coordination, quantities and project controls to the live workload.

Best for

Architecture practices, contractors, design-build firms and BIM teams that need one specialist, an extended team or managed capacity for a milestone, a busy period or an ongoing programme.

Remote BIM capacity

Junior BIM capacity from USD 1,500 per month.

Start with one BIM professional, add several people to an existing team, or ask us to prepare and manage a custom team.

No email, login or project brief is required to view these ranges. They are planning guides, not quotations.

Focused consultationUSD 100

One 60-minute online working session with a named consultant.

Pilot or reviewUSD 500–2,000

A small package with agreed inputs, output and review point.

Junior BIM capacityFrom USD 1,500

Experienced roles + managed teamsCustom quote

Priced from the roles, workload, programme, management and review needed.

Base role fees exclude software licences. If you provide compatible, authorised access, no licence line item is added. If our team supplies the required seats, the cost is quoted separately. Taxes and any other additions are shown in the proposal.

Choose how to engage

From a few planned hours to an extended delivery team.

Start with the capacity pattern that matches the project timeline. Hours, outputs, billing, review points and notice are then agreed in the proposal.

01 · Fixed package

Project or milestone

One model zone, drawing set, coordination cycle or handover package with agreed outputs and review dates.

02 · Flexible

Hourly support

Tracked time for evolving, intermittent or advisory work, with an agreed estimate or spending ceiling where useful.

03 · Reserved

Weekly capacity

Part-time or full-time capacity for recurring tasks, short programmes and planned production peaks.

04 · Ongoing

Monthly retainer

Named capacity and a regular review rhythm for steady pipelines, retained project knowledge and predictable planning.

05 · Framework

Quarterly to annual

A longer team plan with scheduled capacity reviews for several projects, stages or recurring workstreams.

Every proposal confirms the people or roles, committed hours or outputs, time-zone overlap, software and access, QA, holidays, scale changes, substitution, notice and close-out arrangements.

Choose the team shape

Specialist, embedded pod or managed team?

Match the management structure to the number of workstreams, interfaces and decisions the work carries.

One specialist

Named role capacity or a defined output, working with the client lead and an agreed review route.

  • Useful for one discipline, skill or milestone
  • Part-time or full-time where agreed
  • Scale after the first accepted exchange

Embedded delivery pod

Role-based support across several workstreams, with a primary contact and planned review cadence.

  • Useful across several stages or disciplines
  • Interfaces and decisions remain visible
  • QA stays separate from production

Managed BIM team

Sustained delivery with named workstream ownership, management, continuity and escalation controls.

  • Useful for ongoing or interface-heavy programmes
  • Includes a planned management route
  • Availability and substitution are agreed

Plan a starting team structure

Scope questions

Questions to answer before we start.

01Can we hire one BIM specialist or a complete team?

The starting route can be a defined specialist package, an embedded pod or a managed team. The choice depends on workstreams, interfaces, review access, duration and the controls already available.

02Can the engagement be hourly, weekly, monthly or longer term?

Yes. We can prepare a fixed project package, capped hourly support, reserved weekly capacity, a monthly retainer or a longer framework for a recurring pipeline. The proposal records committed hours or outputs, billing period, review points, notice, team roles and scale-up conditions.

03Can we use part-time or full-time capacity?

Yes, where the workload and availability support it. A proposal can reserve part-time or full-time capacity for one person, an embedded pod or a managed team, with working overlap, meetings, supervision and continuity agreed before mobilization.

04Who manages a dedicated BIM team?

Depending on scope, a named BIM Manager or delivery lead can act as the primary contact. Production, coordination, QA and document-control responsibilities are made visible rather than implied by a shared team label.

05Can the team work in our time zone?

Required working-hour overlap, meetings, response expectations, local holidays and escalation coverage are agreed during scoping. Full time-zone mirroring is not assumed.

06How do we test fit before scaling?

Use a representative file and intended output with explicit acceptance criteria. A short pilot, sample exchange or technical review can confirm interpretation, setup, communication and QA before a wider commitment.
