How to read the amount
A useful starting point, not a surprise quote.
The planner only calculates monthly Junior BIM Modeler and Junior Architectural BIM Modeler capacity at the published starting point. Experienced roles, management, weekly or hourly work and licences remain marked for a custom quote.
Base role fees exclude software licences. Compatible client-provided access adds no licence line item; if our team supplies the required seats, the cost is quoted separately. Your proposal also confirms the working schedule, supervision, outputs, review, payment terms and available people.
