Who operates this site
ZX Collabs is a specialist BIM service brand operated by ZX Consultants LLP, registered in Karnataka, India. Questions about website information or a privacy request can be sent to admin@zxcollabs.com.
Information you choose to provide
The project-scope and website-guide message forms can collect the contact and project information you enter. The newsletter form records the email, audience label, consent notice version, consent time and source page you provide.
How enquiries work
A recoverable scope draft remains in browser session storage until the session ends or you choose “Clear draft.” When you submit a message, the completed brief and privacy-acknowledgement record are stored in the website database so We can assess and respond. The site stores the enquiry pathname and limited campaign source, medium and campaign labels when present; it does not store a complete referring URL. Email, WhatsApp, copy and download remain available as visitor-controlled alternatives.
Newsletter requests
The site stores a newsletter request only after the separate consent checkbox is selected. The form records a request; it does not claim that an email has been delivered or that double opt-in has occurred. You can cancel through the unsubscribe page or by emailing the privacy contact.
Abuse prevention
Forms use a hidden spam field, timing checks, request-size limits, validation and short-lived rate-limit records. When the hosting platform supplies an internet address, the site transforms it with a secret keyed hash before storing a rate-limit record; the raw address and browser fingerprint are not retained in the capture database.
Free tools and automated guide
Calculator, planner and checklist inputs run in your browser and are not uploaded unless you deliberately paste their output into an enquiry. The ZX guide uses a small browser-storage flag to distinguish a first visit from a return visit. It does not create an account or retain the conversation after the page session. Contact details detected in a guide question are diverted to the secure message form.
How records are used
Enquiry records are used to understand the request, respond, assess delivery fit, prepare a scope or proposal and maintain necessary business records. Newsletter records are used to manage the requested ZX BIM Brief audience and suppression status. Do not send confidential, personal or regulated project data until an appropriate NDA, access route and storage method have been agreed.
First-party engagement and performance measurement
The site records limited events when someone intentionally opens a project enquiry, newsletter, download, ZX contact method, published professional profile or the automated guide. When a tab visit ends or becomes hidden, it may also record one coarse summary: ZX landing and exit paths, number of ZX pages viewed, engagement-time and maximum-scroll buckets, device and viewport category, whether a form was started or successfully submitted, whether a measured conversion occurred, limited campaign labels, and good/needs-improvement/poor performance categories for LCP, CLS, INP and TTFB when the browser provides them.
This first-party measurement does not set an analytics cookie, create a user or cross-session identifier, store a browser fingerprint, retain guide questions or form contents, record keystrokes, pointer trails, exact coordinates, screen recordings, exact performance timings or a complete referring URL. It does not send its records to an advertising or third-party analytics provider. A server-generated random row key identifies the summary record itself, not a person or returning browser.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 runs only after you choose “Allow analytics.” When enabled, Google may receive the page path, page title and page location, broad device and browser information, limited campaign labels, and non-personal event labels such as a case-study view, contact-method click, scope-form start or successful submission. ZX Collabs does not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, file links, guide questions or free-text briefs to Google Analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen “Analytics choices” from the Company menu to change it. Keeping analytics off does not affect the site or the anonymous first-party measurement described above. If you withdraw consent, the site tells Google Analytics to deny analytics storage and attempts to remove its analytics cookies. Google describes its data practices in the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and external services
The site does not intentionally set advertising cookies. If you allow Google Analytics, it may set first-party analytics cookies used to distinguish visits; Google Analytics remains off until that choice is made. External email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Upwork and primary-source links operate under their own policies. If scheduling, account login, outbound email automation or an external AI provider is added later, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before activation.
Retention, access and deletion
Rate-limit records are designed to expire after 48 hours. Aggregate conversion events and anonymous visit summaries are designed to be removed after approximately 400 days. Unconverted or closed web enquiries should be reviewed for deletion after 12 months; newsletter requests remain until cancellation or a verified deletion request. To ask what is held, correct a record or request deletion, email admin@zxcollabs.com. ZX Collabs must verify control of the relevant email before disclosing or deleting contact records.
This notice is reviewed when website data handling changes. Project-specific confidentiality, access, retention and security requirements are agreed separately before sensitive project information is transferred.
