A small package with agreed inputs, output and review point.
Monthly starting point for one Junior BIM Modeler or Junior Architectural BIM Modeler role.
Priced from the roles, workload, programme, management and review needed.
Base role fees exclude software licences. If you provide compatible, authorised access, no licence line item is added. If our team supplies the required seats, the cost is quoted separately. Taxes and any other additions are shown in the proposal.

The right setup depends on how settled the scope is, how many teams and disciplines it touches, and how much coordination you want us to manage. Your team keeps the project decisions and approvals that belong with you.
Defined BIM package
Useful when
A model, drawing set, coordination milestone, conversion package or handover output with a clear review and acceptance point.
Control approach
We define the inputs, outputs, assumptions, exclusions, checks, review cycles and issue date around that package.
Explore this route ↗Embedded BIM capacity
Useful when
Additional production or coordination capacity working inside an established client standard, information route and review cadence.
Control approach
Named roles, working overlap, access, supervision, task flow and acceptance remain visible instead of being reduced to anonymous hours.
Explore this route ↗Managed BIM delivery team
Useful when
Sustained or multi-role delivery that needs planned coordination, QA, continuity and a primary management interface.
Control approach
The proposed team shape follows disciplines, outputs, interfaces and programme. Assignment and availability are confirmed against the live scope.

Eight service routes. One accountable scope.
Choose a starting route, then define the disciplines, model use, source condition, issue format and checks for the actual package.
- 01↗
Model + document
Turn sketches, PDFs, CAD or existing files into Revit models and drawing sets that follow your standards and issue plan.
- 02↗
Coordinate + resolve
Bring architecture, structure and building services together, track conflicts and carry approved decisions into coordinated files.
- 03↗
Detail + issue
Develop construction-stage models, shop drawings, schedules and fabrication-oriented information for the agreed approval route.
- 04↗
Convert + capture
Turn CAD, PDFs, scans and point clouds into Revit models and existing-condition drawings with known limits kept visible.
- 05↗
Standardize + automate
Build reusable Revit content and targeted automation for repetitive modeling, data and documentation work.
- 06↗
Measure + sequence
Prepare model-based quantities and sequence-ready information using an agreed measurement method and stated model limits.
- 07↗
Verify + hand over
Update record models and organize asset information for project close-out, operations and future alterations.
- 08↗
Scale + manage
Add one BIM specialist, an embedded group or a managed team for a project milestone, busy period or ongoing programme.

For a first engagement, use the small BIM pilot ↗ to agree the sample, review and decision before work begins.
- 01Frame one real deliverable
Name the project stage, sample input, required output, software and first review date.
- 02Resolve scope gaps
Record missing standards, coordinates, responsibilities, decisions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- 03Choose the pricing model
Use fixed fee, capped time or another model only after its assumptions and change triggers are clear.
- 04Test one real example
When useful, check one sample input and output against the same review criteria the project will use.

01What BIM work can your team support?+
We support defined modeling, documentation, coordination, shop-drawing, Scan-to-BIM, quantity, digital-handover and targeted automation packages. Your proposal will name the actual inputs, outputs, disciplines, software, programme, checks and responsibilities.
02Should we outsource a package or add a dedicated BIM team?+
A defined package is usually clearer when the inputs, output and acceptance point are stable. Embedded capacity or a managed team can fit sustained production, several interfaces or recurring review cycles. The assigned structure is proposed only after the workload and client controls are reviewed.
03How does a BIM outsourcing engagement start?+
Begin with the project stage, available source information, required outputs, software version, standards, disciplines and first review date. We will identify the gaps, suggest a practical way to work and, when useful, plan a first-file review or small pilot.
04How is outsourced BIM work priced?+
Pricing depends on source quality, intended model use, disciplines, development level, drawing volume, coordination interfaces, review cycles, software, programme and change assumptions. We share commercial details privately after reviewing a short brief. A fixed fee is most dependable for stable scope; capped-time or time-based discovery may be more honest where information is changing.
05Can you work with teams outside India?+
Yes. We are based in Bengaluru and work with AEC teams globally. For each appointment, we agree the working-hour overlap, meetings, response expectations, holidays, systems and data-access conditions.
06How should confidential project files be shared?+
Do not send confidential files through an open website message. First agree the representative input, NDA or access route, approved systems, permissions, subcontracting rule, retention and close-out expectations. The website scope form can accept an authorized shareable link when appropriate.
