Design development backlog
Progress approved intent into coordinated plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details and model information.
Architecture practice production support
We support Revit modeling, design development, documentation, coordination and visualization around your project standards, review route and issue dates.
A representative sheet, model zone or markup set is enough to begin scoping. We will agree a protected route before you share confidential files.

02 · LOD 400 model context
03 · Modular system development
04 · Coordinated documentationWhere the pressure appears
Outsourcing is most useful when it removes a defined production constraint while the practice retains the client, design, consultant and approval decisions it is appointed to own.
Progress approved intent into coordinated plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details and model information.
Develop a named sheet or model package around markups, templates, review cycles and an agreed issue status.
Review federated information, record interfaces and incorporate approved decisions without silently redesigning another discipline.
Use a bounded package, embedded pod or managed team instead of treating every capacity gap as a permanent headcount decision.
Across an architectural workflow
Software activity is not the scope. Name what the practice, consultant, client, authority or builder must be able to review next.
Massing, spatial studies, presentation models and visual material around an agreed design brief and option-review boundary.
Model progression, room and system interfaces, coordinated views, schedules and decision records from approved inputs.
Plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details and sheet organization developed to the stated template, issue stage and review route.
Model-interface review, issue tracking, RFI support and incorporation of approved consultant or client comments.
CAD, survey, scan and verified change information organized into a scoped model or handover package.

A production brief worth reviewing
A model file and deadline are not a complete brief. Include one representative output and the people, information and issue rules around it.
Stage + purpose — what decision or issue the output supports.
Representative input — model, drawing, markup, survey or consultant package.
Practice standards — template, content, naming, graphics and sample output.
Technical environment — exact software build, links, coordinates, CDE and access.
Review route — who comments, decides, accepts and records change.
Issue boundary — included outputs, exclusions, revisions, dates and completion evidence.
Choose the working shape
The route follows the stability of the work, number of interfaces and management load—not a generic promise of unlimited drafting hours.
A model zone, drawing set, conversion or visualization output has stable inputs and a clear acceptance point.
Scope this package ↗Recurring tasks must follow the practice template, review cadence, issue structure and working-hour overlap.
Plan embedded capacity ↗The practice wants to test representative scope understanding, production, questions, review and acceptance before wider commitment.
Plan the pilot ↗Clear responsibilities
Your project appointments still govern design, code, approvals and professional sign-off. Our agreement states what we produce, check and coordinate—and who reviews and accepts it.
We also agree the white-label or client-facing arrangement, confidentiality, file access and publication permissions before work begins.
Architecture outsourcing questions
A practice can scope Revit model development, drawing and schedule production, approved-markup incorporation, multidisciplinary coordination support, existing-condition conversion, visualization, targeted automation or a defined information package. The actual appointment must identify inputs, outputs, stage, software, standards, review and responsibility.
Yes, unless a different professional appointment is explicitly agreed. ZX production support does not transfer the architect-of-record, designer-of-record, code, approval or client-decision responsibilities merely because work is developed in the model. The live responsibility matrix and issue status govern the project.
Client templates, title blocks, shared parameters, browser organization, naming, coordinates, approved content and sample outputs can form the production basis. ZX first checks the exact software build, dependencies, access and representative files rather than assuming that a template alone defines every rule.
Yes. A defined package or small pilot can be the clearest first engagement when the input, output and review point are stable. Use real project material so the first review covers the difficult parts of the work.
Yes. We can provide embedded capacity or a managed team for sustained production. The proposal confirms the people, roles, working-hour overlap, supervision, continuity, access and current availability.
We agree confidentiality, permitted project references, client-facing communication, file access, subcontracting, intellectual-property use, retention and close-out before work begins. We never assume permission to publish confidential work.
No universal guarantee is made. Applicable codes, project jurisdiction, the responsible professional, review route and required evidence must be named. Production support can incorporate approved requirements and comments but does not automatically create statutory authority or approval.
Start with the deliverable
Send the current stage, representative input, required model or drawing output, software build, practice standard, reviewer and target date. We will identify the missing scope controls before proposing effort or a team.
