Scope questions

Questions to answer before we start.

01Do you promise a clash-free model?

Coordination reduces known clashes but cannot promise a clash-free model. We agree the models, tolerances and priorities, then track each issue to a project decision.

02Who owns design decisions?

The designated project designer or responsible party owns design decisions. ZX Collabs identifies and documents issues, supports option development where scoped, and incorporates approved resolutions.

03How often are coordination packages issued?

The cadence is agreed during mobilization and can follow weekly coordination, milestone reviews or a project-specific issue schedule.

Define the next cycle

Which interface, model versions and decision date matter next?

Tell us which model versions to check, the clashes or interfaces that matter, who will decide and when the next review is due.
