Federate deliberately
Record the exact model versions, coordinate basis, tolerance and rules used for each coordination run.

Group by root cause
Combine duplicate clash points into an actionable issue representing one interface, route or design decision.

Add decision context
Capture location, affected systems, consequence, evidence and the party able to decide—not only the party able to edit.

Agree ownership and timing
Assign one accountable owner, a realistic due date and a status whose meaning is shared by every discipline.

Verify in the next state
Close only after the relevant updated models are retested and the outcome satisfies the agreed resolution criteria.
